Lead prizes are only given to leads that are converting at the average rate of sales.  If leads are not converting at what the average sales conversions are (if it is an obvious aberration), the prize moneys will be forfeited and given to the next person on the leader board.

Sales prizes are only given to leaderboard affiliates who have brought in the average number of leads. If the leads are not in alignment (by an obvious measure) with the average number of leads brought in to create that sale (if it is an obvious and clear aberration), then the prize moneys will be forfeited and given to the next person on the leader board. 

Minimum monthly payout for Affiliate commissions is $100.

Payments are distributed approximately every 30 days OR at the conclusion of the launch, at which point you will be paid in full within 60 days after.

If you do not meet the monthly minimum of $100, your commissions will continue accruing until the minimum is reached at which point commissions will be paid.

If you do not meet the monthly minimum by the end of the promotional period, your total commissions will be paid within 60 days after the conclusion of the promotional period.

Eligibility for any lead prize is based on conversions to sales, which must meet specific requirements determined and indicated by McLean Masterworks.

Purchasing products for yourself using your own affiliate link is permiss permissible and will NOT result in loss of commissions for those sales. (I never understood why other affiliates won’t let you purchase under your affiliate. GO FOR IT! But limited to only one personal purchase please.)

Transactions occurring within the above-mentioned terms and conditions qualify as Affiliate sales.

All transactions are monitored and reviewed to ensure proper initiation and protocol. Any transactions resulting from improper traffic generation will prompt evaluation of all transactions associated with your Affiliate account, subsequently resulting in delay of all commission payments.

Absolutely no “negative marketing” tactics. Affiliates utilizing negative marketing to promote any McLean Masterworks products automatically forfeit any commissions associated with your Affiliate account/ID as well as your right to participate in future promotions. McLean Masterworks also reserves the right to take legal action.
